Asus Eee PC Now has wider screen

The high demand on beloved Asus Eee pc has made ASUS released its new successor Asus Eee PC 900. The Eee PC 900 has wider screen 8.9-inch (1,9 inch wider that its 7-inch predecessor model). Asus also redesigned this lovely PC and it looks more mature and provide a better functionality.

Asus EeePC 900 is now adopted bigger SSD capacity it will ship with 2 option 12GB SSD and 8GB SSD respectively. The new design on the Eee PC 7-inch model has moved the speaker next to USB slot on the left side.

The EeePC 900 is expected to be available in 2Q, 2008 for 399(EUR) with Linux or Windows XP options for the preinstalled operating system.

    Now I really want one! Any idea if there’s a better processor? 900 (630) MHz is still a bit slow for even a light laptop.

    Naw, my old viao only has 900 mhz and its still fast enough for ubuntu with beryl. the 12 gig hard drive would get old real fast though.
