Asus Eee PC has reached its popularity soon after Asus announcing its lightweight notebook series just a couple of days after releasing 1 kg laptop. This tiny laptop is called Eee PC and weigh only 0.89 Kg. Apparently it brings technical specs less than normal laptop since its a budget notebook with the market price is around $ 200. It’s really reminds me to the $100 laptop from Negroponte, but these one from Asus looks much better.
Asus designed Eee PC to be an easy to learn mobile computing platform even without a technical manual!. It offers two types of user interface design to accommodate both experienced and inexperienced PC users. In order to give a better Online experience, Eee PC offer built-in WLAN connectivity which allows users to stay connected to the Internet. The nice feature I like from this laptop is its flash-based storage capacity and built-in webcam. Instead of normal HDD this laptop using solid-state disc and apparently its improves Eee PC shock-resistance during its operation. Hence this tiny notebook pushes the mobility barrier a bit further than regular notebook does.
