July 31st, 2009 · 2 Comments

Reasearch In Motion (RIM) finally announced Blackberry Curve 8250 officially. The Blackberry Curve 6520 will be marketed under Vodafone (UK) and T-Mobile (USA) in coming August. This Blackberry Curve 8520 is the smartphone with budget friendly price from RIM. Vodafone UK members can get Blackberry Curve 8520 at no charge and they can pay £25 or more per month in a contract. At least this plan is cheaper than the plan of other Blackberry. As for T-Mobile, it seems that their suscribers have to wait any longer to know how much they should pay to get Blackberry Curve 8520.

The Blackberry Curve 8520 features including:

* 2.0MP Digital Camera
* SMS/MMS
* Video Camera Capabilities
* Phone
* Supports BlackBerry App World™
* Browser
* 256MB Flash Memory
* Organizer
* Wi-Fi® enabled
* Wireless Email
* Bluetooth® enabled
* Multimedia Player

Quad-Band: 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900MHz EDGE networks

The nice thing about Blakcberry Curve 6520 is that it will compatible with OS X out of the box. Not sure whether it means that Mac version Desktop Manager will be announced earlier.
