The release of G’zOne W62CA could increase Casio share on highly competitive mobile phone market in Japan. The G’zOne W62CA was designed for active and sporty user by incorporating multiple sensor on it. This phone has GPS receiver, temperature sensor and body movement sensor so you can use this phone to measure how much calorie burned-up after training. In conjunction with KDDI service you can receive earthquake notification directly on your phone, very usefully feature for a place with frequent earthquake like Japan.
Casio G’zOne phone using E-Ink Vizplex(TM) Display for external display and 2.7-inch QVGA (240 × 400 dots) for the main display. The battery is able to support up to 260 minutes talk time and 220 hours standby time (with calorie counter ON). It also has 1.97 million pixels camera and microSD memory card slot to expand the memory. The most compelling feature for me is that G’zOne was designed to be waterproof and impact resistant gizmo. This phone will keep alive and maintain its performance after 30 minute sank in 1 meter depth of water or after 3 minute of heavy shower.
