Epson Korea unleashed a new printer Stylus Photo R1900 targeting to professional photographer. The Stylus Photo R1900 is a professional photo printer supporting up to A3 print size. The printer is finely engineered to deliver the highest level of media versatility of any printer in its class. Stylus Photo R1900 prints on a wide variety of media types including glossy, luster, matte, canvas and fine art papers.
The printer featuring Epson UltraChrome Hi-Gloss 2 pigment ink to produce a vibrant print out up to A3 size. The UltraChrome Hi-Gloss2 printing technology features matte black, photo black, red, orange and gloss optimiser.
The smart chip embedded in the R1900 will calculate which combination should be used to deliver the tones and colours required for the images and decides how much of each color is used to translate a RGB source file into a print.
A smart printer indeed.
