The Exercise Apps for Smartphone

There are a lot of exercise apps that we can find, and actually, these apps make it easier for us to set workouts and track the progress. With the smartphone everywhere, you also have the time to lose some weight with exercising. The first one is the All-in Fitness which can be purchased for $2.49. This app is designed women and men, completed with the HD video, photos and audio clips which has the detail exercises and yoga poses. There are some exercise modes in this app, from the prepared workouts, the customizable routines, and the suit advanced exercisers.

If you want the free exercise apps, you can try the miCoach from Adidas. This is an awesome app which uses GPS and the real-time voice coaching to guide you through, and this is the perfect app for runners. This exercise app will be able to tracks the distance, kilojoules burned, pace, and elapsed time, and also syncs with your workout hub on the site of miCoach.com. But this app is only compatible with the iOS for now; still, you can expect this app to be in the Android version from mid-April. Exercising is better and easier from now, why don’t you get one, too?
