Motorola has set a plan to develop their mobile phone with the basis of android. About 350 employees have been appointed to work on this project and Motorola has invested around $50 million to support the development of Motorola Android Social Phone. We still don’t have any idea about the phone name but it supposedly has similar feature at least to the HTC T-Mobile G1 such as large touch screen, qwerty keyboard and seamless web integration.
According to Motorola, the handset would take further step by integrating social networking into their core system. The android system will be connected with popular social networking such as Facebook and or MySpace. Using this system, all contacts from social networking site will be transfered and synchronized wirelessly. Motorola will require at least 6 months before they are ready to launch their new phone.
