We got a glimpse of two latest products from MSI at the CES. They are MSI Wind NetTop CD130 and its sibling brother the NetTop D130. The NetTop CD130 runs on a dual-core Atom processor (just like any other mini notebooks). However, what it can do is very limited. You can only type on word processor, send and receive emails and surf the internet. This model is more colorful than the other one.
Unlike its brother, the NetTop D130 looks very simple. That’s why MSI dubbed it as Nordic Simple Style (they called it barebone before). It runs on Atom 330 processor, 2GB of DDR2 memory, a Super-Multi DVD burner, 7.1 output, and a mild-powered 35W power consumption when operating at full speed. It is priced at $240. Fair enough
