Nexus One gets Android 2.2 FRF83 update OTA?

While all Android users hope an upgrade to v2.2, Nexus One owners had got it since a month ago. Google had released some Froyo versions such as FRF50, FRF72 and FRF83.

Tonight, there was a Froyo update (Over The Air) had hit Nexus One phone. It seemed to be the official Android 2.2, which the source code had been released a day after. The users can get it OTA thru Google. But this update only works for those who had built FRF50.

For Nexus One Owner, check your Nexus One update thru Settings > About phone > System updates. After it, you will receive a notification to download the update.

According to our source, The update seems to be very minor with only 644 kb. It can be installed in some minutes.
