Recently, an announcement has been released related to the development of Adam-compatible software. Surely that the Notion Ink Adam hasn’t arrived to the market yet but the company holds a competition to encourage development for Adam readers and, definitely, there is huge money involved. This Tegra-powered device might be the most-discussed topic if the competition is positively on the road.


Notion Ink stated to plan a competition related to the development of the possible software for Adam. It gives a high priority to boost the Adam’s capability by giving one million dollars as the prize on the competition. No further information has been mentioned, but apart from the announcement, there is a slight rumor comes up that Adam will be released in two versions. Even though it is still a hazy prediction, it brings curiosity and people start to wonder about real package of Adam.

Still according to the rumor, the versions is basically will be differentiated according to certain measurement. One will be in 12.9mm thick and the other one will be in 11.6mm. Since the launching day of Adam is still blurry, people might not get any further details of both external appearance and the inside elements of it. However, the announcement of the app competition might a signal that Adam is truly ready to come up into horizon.

The application competition itself is one way to encourage Adam readers that seems to help the company improving the development especially the best Adam-compatible software.
