The main factor people look at this camera is its relatively low cost for the entry-level. Although the camera itself is lacking in some specifications, but the important thing is its image quality will satisfy you. So among its minuses are less image stabilitation, no video handling capability and its 3-point AutoFocus that not yet completed. The latter is said as relatively obsolete for 2009 camera. So, for you who do not matter with budget and weight, the E-620 may become the better alternative. However, maybe you can seek other better choice than E-450 on the budget rate.
Some features that make the difference with E-420 are its exposure modes such as M, P, S and A (advanced), full auto mode (novices) with 3 Art Filters and scene mode legion. That Art Filters contains of Pop Art, Soft Focus and Pinhole as well. This DLSR camera also brings some features that are not commonly found in that entry-level. They are Pixel Mapping, spot metering and user-configirable mirror lock-up (or can be said Anti-Shock).
The camera will cost you £350 (body only), £450 (single lens kit in United Kingdom) or $699 (double lens kit in United States). According to a source, this new camera is the best for the small DSLR.

Thanks for the information. According to me, E-620 is much better compared to E-450. E-450 is best who are just looking for good image quality.
