There are millions of USB flash drive in the world today and much of them contains sensitive data which need data protection. People normally use a data encryption to protect their data but when the USB drive is lost and falling into a wrong hand, the stored data remain intact and it’s only a matter of time before some one can decrypt the data. Kanguru Solution has clever idea to fix those security problem by developing Kanguru remote management console.
The security management system is able to work remotely between administration system software and Kanguru secure flash drives. The nice security feature of this system offering three option of protection. Option one will suspend access to data on the drive. Option two will erase data from the drive if it cannot access the server within a set period of time. Option three will dismount the drive from the computer if the server is unavailable. Another nice feature is that the administrator setting can automatically delete its data from stolen USB drive as soon as the device is connected to a computer. That’s awesome.
