The Future of Our Computer Interface

Multi touch technology seems to be the future of our computer. Its get highlight by the introduction of iPhone. Interface simplicity will eases user to interact with those technology. Keyboard and mouse function were replaced by a huge touch sensitive screen.

This video is a presentation by Jeff Han from NYU’s Media Research Lab and presented during Technology, Entertainment, Design 2006. He presented a more sophisticated Multi touch technology far above those from iPhone because its not only a phone or PDA, it’s a large screen computer. According to Jeff Han this screen is force-sensitive, and provides unprecedented resolution and scalability, its allowing us to create sophisticated multi-point widgets for applications large enough to accommodate both hands and multiple users. Wow what a great computer. I hope this technology will be on market soon.
